ELEMENTS:
1. That the offender takes advantage of the inexperience or
   emotions or feelings of a minor;
2. That he induces such minor
   (a) to assume an obligation, or
   (b) to give release, or
   (c) to execute a transfer of any property right;
3. That the consideration is
   (a) some loan of money,
   (b) credit or
   (c) other personal property; and
4. That the transaction is to the detriment of such minor.


Real property is not included since a minor cannot convey
real property without judicial authority.
