BPI ID Requirements
Every bank requires the depositor to show proof of identification.
BPI accepts any one of the following ID.
Primary IDs
1. Passport (including those issued by Foreign Governments)
2. Driver's License
3. SSS ID
Related: BDO Accepted Valid ID
Valid ID in the Philippines
4. PRC ID
5. GSIS e-Card
6. OWWA ID
7. OFW ID
8. PhilHealth ID
9. Seaman’s book
10. Alien Certification of Registration / Immigrant Certificate of
Registration
11. Government Office and GOCC ID (e.g. AFP, HDMF IDs
12. IBP ID
13. Company IDs issued by private entities or institutions registered
with or supervised or regulated either by the BSP, SEC or Insurance
Commission
14. ID issued by an official foreign authority (e.g. foreign passport,
foreign driver’s license, etc)
15. For Students: School ID duly signed by the principal or head of
school
16. For Non-Philippine Residents: Similar ID issued by the foreign
government (e.g. foreign passport, foreign driver’s license) where
the customer is a resident or a citizen.
BPI Requires That The ID Should Be:
1. The original copy
2. Photo-bearing
3. Unexpired
4. Issued by an Official Authority (e.g. Local or Foreign Authority
that is duly authorized to issue the specified ID type)
Secondary IDs
1. Police clearance
2. Postal ID
3. Voter’s ID
4. NBI clearance
5. Tax Identification Number (TIN)
6. Barangay certification
7. Senior Citizen Card
8. Certification from the National Council for the Welfare of Disabled
Persons (NCWDP)
9. DSWD Certification
