Usurpation of Executive Functions

This is a felony punishable under the revised penal code.
To be liable under this law. The following element must be present:
1. The offender is a judge; and
2. He (a) assumes a power pertaining to the executive authorities, or
(b) obstructs executive authorities in the lawful exercise of
their powers.
*Legislative officers are not liable for usurpation of executive functions.
