Where can we find the biggest and oldest mangrove tree in the Bicol region?
A Miyapi (Avicennia officinalis) tree, a mangrove species from the family Acanthaceae in Bongsanglay Natural Park in Batuan, Masbate, is considered to be the largest and oldest tree in the Bicol region. It has a height of 7 m and a diameter of 1.35 m. It is estimated to be 143 years old.
